研究方向

1. 植物病害生物防治

以我國重要經(jīng)濟作物的主要病害為靶標,開展微生物殺菌劑、植物微生態(tài)制劑等農(nóng)用生物制劑的研制。

2. 植物微生物組學

通過高通量測序、多組學技術及生物信息學分析等技術,深入研究植物微生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中微生物的群落結構,揭示有益微生物與植物抗病、營養(yǎng)吸收和生長發(fā)育等互作關系。
